Flared style channel supports are necessary for structural pallet rack since they have c-channel beams.
The 42″ deep x 46″ wide wire decking with step-style channel supports that accommodate a 1-5/8” pipe is the most common wire deck on the market. Although it may be mounted on most pallet rack beams, the wire deck with flared channel supports is most suited for structural c-channel crossbeam types. It has a distinctive ribbed design.
