1) Q: How is your packing?
A: Normally we pack our stone with fumigated wooden crate (foam and plastic film inside) with plastic tapes in 6 sides, further strengthened with iron sheet in the corner. For cultured stone,
Firm carton inside, and wooden crate outside. Individual carton packing or customized packing is available.
2) Q: What's your sample policy ?
A: Small samples are free . Even the courier fee will be refunded after you place the order.
3) Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Normally 1X20'GP
4) Q: What's your payment term?
A: T/T: 30% deposit, the balance 70% against B/L copy.
B: L/C at sight.
5) Q: What's your production lead time?
A: The normal lead time is around 25~30 days for one 20' GP. Faster lead time is available upon confirmation.
6) Q: When we place an order, can I visit your factory for inspection?
A:Sure. You are welcome to visit our factory.
