The primary ingredient in stone paper is Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3) which comes from stone or rock, so stone paper is also called rock paper.
Stone Paper is made from crushed stone powder, combined with a non-toxic and recyclable binding agent HDPE (High Density Polyethylene). Stone paper is an extremely environmentally friendly paper which is different from traditional paper because it has non wood-pulp.

For the stone paper density is larger than wood-pulp paper, stone paper perform the same effect while use less ink. We can print stone paper on the rolling press as well as the sheet-fed presses. To produce traditional paper it takes 18 grown trees. For stone paper production we use limestone instead of trees! Ton of stone paper vs ton of traditional paper saves oxygen for 40 people every year!
