Cone Crusher Working Principle:

During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft shell to turn around through a horizontal axle and a pair of bevel gear. The axle of crushing cone swings with the force of eccentric shaft shell so that the surface of the crushing wall is close to the roll mortar wall from time to time. In this way, the ores and rocks will be pressed and crooked and crushed.

The maze O-ring is full of lubrication oil.The dust proof ring is supported by the spring in the seat liner so as to prevent dust from entering.The machine adopts electric automatic lubrication system that connects the main motor.If the pressure is insufficient or the temperature is too high,the main motor stops immediately to prevent the main engine from damage.

Our machine’s fine crushing chamber shape increases the effective crushing surface.The machine has the capacity to process large feed size,increase 1/3 production capacity Comparing with other cone crushers and can produce fine particles and cubic products. The mantle core and the crushing chamber are processed by digital control CNC machine,which makes the replacement of wearing plates quick and easy,eliminates the need to fill epoxied resin and improves the operational efficiency. Traditional cone crusher with the ancient crushing chamber structure,has limited crushing surfaces,low production and produces more elongated and flaky particles content.Epoxied resin needs to be filled between the mantle cone the crushing surface,which makes the replacement difficult,increases the failure rate and machine halt time and causes unstable performance of the machine.

5. Hydraulic clear cavity:

Hydraulic cylinder device can achieves iron release and quick chamber clearing by its hydraulic cylinders,The recommended jacking distance is more than 75mm.
