Symons Type Hydraulic Spring Cone Crusher Machine Working Principle:
When the spring cone crusher is working, the motor drives the large bevel gear at the bottom of the eccentric sleeve through the fluid coupling and the small bevel gear to rotate the eccentric sleeve, causing the cone to swing and break the material. The main shaft of the crusher is not moving, but the supporting spherical surface tile is subjected to the crushing force. Since the crusher main shaft does not move and the eccentric sleeve transmits the crushing force, the structure can withstand a large crushing force, and is very suitable for fine crushing and ultrafine crushing because the crushing force of the ultrafine crushing is very large. It is expected that the particle size of the product (for ultra-fine shredder liners) can be 50-80% open (depending on the nature of the material). The crusher is suitable for the third stage of metal ore concentrator crushing, or the fourth stage of crushing; suitable for building materials or non-metallic mines and civil engineering. Especially in areas where the supply of natural sand required for civil engineering is insufficient.
Common Malfunctions of Symons Spring Stone Cone Crusher:
Fault 1: The oil pressure in the oil pipe before and after the filter is different
Cause of the malfunction: the filter is clogged
Trouble-shooting: When the oil pressure difference exceeds 0.04MPa, the filter must be cleaned. First, the oil is not passed through the ground filter, and then the filter is removed for cleaning, so that the oil is directly supplied to the crusher, no more than 2-3 hours.
Fault 2: There is no oil flow in the oil flow indicator, but the oil pressure is lower than 0.5MPa
The cause of the failure: 1. The oil temperature is low; 2. The oil switch is not opened well; 3. The oil pump is not easy to use;
Troubleshooting method: 1 oil heating; 2 open the switch; 3 stop the crusher, replace the oil pump;
Fault 3: The oil return in the fuel tank is reduced, and the oil level is significantly reduced
The cause of the failure: 1. The bottom cover of the crusher leaks oil; 2. The oil leakage of the drive bearing shell flange; 3. The spherical bearing seat ring is blocked or the oil is too much, and the oil leaks from the dustproof device.
Troubleshooting method: 1, 2 stop, find out the cause to eliminate, and then add oil to the fuel tank; (3) stop, clean the oil ring groove, adjust the oil supply, and add oil to the fuel tank
