Product Description
ZDH Bridge cutting machine adopts microcomputer system, it is easy to operate. lntegrated structure makes the installation easier. The frame of the machine body is processed and formed by CNC gantry milling center at one time, using high precision linear guide sliders, grinding grade ball screws. It remarkably improves the stability, processing accuracy and production efficiency of the equipment. Product Features
1. Integrated structure, side beams are fixed on the steel, solid and stable.
2. Equipped with infrared device for precise cutting location.
3. Wide crossbeam of bridge structure for large size of slab cutting and it is made of strong cast iron to avoid distortion after long-term use.
4. Guide rail on the crossbeam is in oil bath and it is protected from water and dust.
5. Dustproof design of the slide track ensures the precise guide movement & long lifespan.
6. Cross movement of the machine head on the crossbeam is driven by motor equipped with OMRON rotary encoder by which the precision is guaranteed.
7. Worktable can tilt 0-85°.
8. Touch-sensitive operating system, friendly human-machine interface design.
