Infrared bridge stone cutting machine is composed of a beam, a lifting device, a large saw blade, a workbench, two heavy steel frames and a console. The stone cutting machine is mainly used for stone cutting.
1. Simple installation and convenient operation are important functions of stone cutting machine.All axis movements are coordinated and controlled by imported PLC.
2. The stone cutting machine has a high-strength cast-iron platform, bridge, sliding rail, blade holder to guarantee the machine the machine a good stability,durability and smooth running.
3. The bridge frame of the stone cutting machine moves laterally along the oil-immersed V shaped guiding rail. Spindle slides on oil immersed double-V shaped cast iron guides.
4. Guides and rails of the infrared bridge stone cutting machine are well protected from water dust.
5. Working table of the stone cutting machine powered hydraulically can tilt at the angle of 85° and rotated 360°(each 45°automatically and any degree manually).
6. The head of the stone cutting machine can slide left and right, and can be lifted up and down by hydraulic pressure. The sliding parts of the stone cutting machine are processed by wear-resistant technology.
7. The stone cutting machine has linkage insurance, and it will automatically stop if any part fails.
8. The bridge stone cutting machine is variable frequency stepless speed regulation.
