Filter membranes are classified according to the size of the original water particles, and the membrane pores are divided into microfiltration membranes (MF), ultrafiltration membranes (UF), nanofiltration membranes (NF) and reverse osmosis membranes (RO). The MF membrane has a pore size of 0.05um or more, or a molecular weight of 1000 or more, and is aimed at removing colloids and high molecular organic matter. The pore size of NF membrane is 100~1000 molecular weight. The substances it removes are between UF and RO to remove trihalomethanes, peculiar smell, color, pesticides, soluble organic matter, Ca, Mg, etc. The RO separation particle size is several tens of molecular weights, and it is aimed at removing common salt and inorganic salts. The pressure of RO osmotic water is 1~2 times higher than its osmotic pressure. In addition to the above four, there are ion exchange membranes and gas permeable membranes. MF, UF, NF and RO are driven by pressure to separate solid and liquid. Ion exchange membranes are driven by electricity to separate salt molecules and promote seawater desalination. Gas permeable membrane is a new type of membrane researched to pass gas, which can concentrate ethanol and desalinate seawater.
Ultrafiltration membranes, microporous membranes, nanofiltration membranes, microfiltration membranes, hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes, Xaar membranes, etc. Ultrafiltration membranes are the most widely used. According to the membrane forms, they are mainly divided into roll, plate and frame, tubular and hollow fiber membranes.
Product introduction
The contiguous membrane is a kind of continuous strip-shaped packaging microporous membrane used in the field of biotechnology for liquid filtration during the testing process in the pharmaceutical or beverage industry, CDC, food industry, cosmetics and chemical industry.
It is specially used with the YT-DS47 automatic membrane taker. It is triggered by hand induction, and the color code of the continuous film is positioned. The membrane taker automatically removes the sterile packaging of the microporous membrane. It is realized that no manual operation is required, the user's hands are liberated, and the diaphragm is not in contact with other objects in the process of being distributed, thereby avoiding the risk of contamination.
Each box contains 150 filter membranes. The filter membranes are individually sealed in a special folding tape package. The design makes the filter membranes easy to open and seal for storage.
