Stainless steel wire rope mesh is an assemblage of seamless rope ferrule and stainless steel wire rope. It can make optimal stretch at either 60 degree angle or 90 degree angle by using the 316 grade or 304 grade material.
A single piece of this material highly depends on the wire rope size, opening size, diamond direction, border design, and piece size. The wire rope can have a minimum of 1mm (7x7) and a maximum of 3mm(7x19). The opening width (C/C) can be as small as 15mm up to a maximum of 400mm, while the opening height (C/C) can also be adjusted. The border can be easily designed to fit any wall.
This product is designed to five times its Safe Working Load (SWL) and is able to withstand both extreme high temperatures up to 500℃ and extreme low temperatures down to -40℃. Most fixture mounting brackets can be retained as long as the SWL is not exceeded. All wire and component are manufactured from SUS/AISI 316 stainless steel and available for a wide range of fixtures. Common designs are also available.
