Product Description:

Stainless steel wire rope mesh is constructed by making a seamless ferrule connection with stainless steel wire rope. Depending on the mesh size and the application to which it will be used, the mesh can be stretched from 60 degrees to 90 degrees.

Each piece consists of the size of the wire, the size of the opening, the direction of the diamond pattern, the design of the edges, and the overall size. Our wire rope sizes range from 1mm (7x7) to 3mm (7x19), with the opening width (C/C) ranging from 15mm to 400mm and the opening height (C/C) given according to the size of the mesh.

For reinforcement, the mesh is constructed from 316 grade or 304 grade stainless steel material. And it can be given an end design for the purpose of mounting.

Features:

Our product is designed and tested to function at as much as five times of the product Safe Working Load (SWL). It is capable of withstanding extreme high temperatures of up to 500°C, and also extreme low temperatures, as low as -40°C. The product also retains most fixture mounting brackets, as long as the SWL is not exceeded. All wire and component are manufactured from SUS/AISI 316 stainless steel, and available to a wide range of fixtures for any common design.

Stainless steel provides superior corrosion resistance, making the product elegant and robust. It is also lightweight, allows transparency yet UV and weather resistant. Its pliability provides it with the capability of being flexible and climb resistant. Packing and Shipping:

Wire rope mesh is packaged and shipped in coils or bundles. Coils are wrapped with protective materials such as hessian, plastic sheet or jute bag. The bundles are then securely wrapped with shrink film or stretch film and tied with steel bands.

For overseas shipment, the coils/bundles are packed in wooden boxes or crates to avoid damage during transit. The wooden crates can also be used for storage and handling purposes.
