Chain driven metal mesh belts should be considered whenever timing, transfer, and/or positive belt drive are important such as travel-up inclines, under heavy loads, for long distances, through quenching liquids, cooking oils or other slippery conditions. Mesh selections include: Balanced weave, appropriate for most conditions, Gratex for a closer mesh,and conventional weave for a straight clear opening.
Our Chain driven metal mesh belts can be designed/produced based all available metal wire specifications such as stainless steel and galvanized steel wire etc upon customer requirement. Our metal wire belt is commonly supplied in Grade SUS201, 202, 302, 304, 316, 304L, 310, 310S , 316L, 321, etc. Other materials are available upon request.
