Product Processing

After the construction drawing is confirmed by the customer and the technician makes the 3D model, then will enter the factory processing stage, which mainly has the following steps:

1. Cutting
Steel components, such as beams, columns, and plates, are precisely cut to the required dimensions using advanced cutting techniques, such as Automatic laser cutting machine, to ensure accurate fitment during assembly.
2. Assemble
The cut steel pieces are fitted together according to engineering drawings and specifications.
3. Welding
Welders employ various welding techniques, to join the steel components securely. Welding creates strong and resilient connections, enhancing load-bearing capacity.
4. Rust removal
Before surface treatment, any rust or scale on the steel surfaces must be removed. Techniques like sandblasting, shot blasting, or chemical cleaning are used to eliminate corrosion, creating a clean and smooth surface.
5. Surface treatment
Spray painting or hot-dip galvanizing according to customer's requirements, so that the surface is not corroded.

If you have drawing, we can offer quotation accordingly. If you don't have design, we will design some drawings for your confirmation, and then offer quotation.

3. Do you offer service for installation?

We will furnish you the detailed construction drawing and the construction manual which could help you to erect and install the building step by step. We also could send the engineer to your local to help you if need.

4. Do you accept container loading inspection?

You are welcomed to send an inspector, not only for the container loading, but any time during the production time.

5. How long does it take to get my building?

Lead time is vary, but typically 2 weeks of drawings and 30-55 days for delivery(depending on complexity).
