What is the material of wear-resisting plate
Wear-resisting plate is steel, its main component is low carbon steel plate and alloy wear-resisting layer, which alloy wear-resisting layer occupies the whole plate thickness of 1/2~1/3; Because the main chemical composition is chromium, it can reach 20%~30% of the content of all materials, so its wear resistance is very good.
Two, the characteristics of the wear plate
1, impact resistance: the impact resistance of the wear plate is very good, in the process of conveying materials, even if there is a very high drop, it will not do too much damage to the wear plate.
2, heat resistance: under normal circumstances, the wear plate below 600 degrees can be used normally, and if we add some vanadium and molybdenum in the production of wear plate, then the high temperature below 800 degrees is no problem.
3, corrosion resistance: because the wear plate contains a lot of chromium, so the corrosion resistance of the wear plate is excellent, do not worry about corrosion and other conditions.
4, cost performance: the price of wear-resisting plate is 3~4 times of ordinary steel plate, but the service life of wear-resisting plate is more than 10 times longer than ordinary steel plate, so its cost performance is relatively high.
5, convenient processing: wear-resistant plate weldability is very strong, and it can also be very convenient to bend into various shapes, processing is very convenient.

Wear-resisting plate thickness specifications and commonly used welding wire generally have: wear-resisting plate generally has 3+3, 4+2, 5+3, 5+4, 6+4, 6+5, 6+6, 8+4, 8+5, 8+6, 10+5, 10+6, 10+8, 10+10, 20+20, etc.;
