What is the difference between pickling plate, cold rolled plate and hot rolled plate?
1. Different concepts
Pickling plate is hot rolled plate through the removal of phosphorus (out of the hot rolling process rust, residue, etc.) and other processes with pickling surface to get better than hot rolling surface performance of steel plate. Cold rolled plate is the steel plate rolled by cold rolled base plate (hot rolled plate) at normal temperature. Hot rolled plate is a steel plate made of steel billet rolled at a high temperature of about 800 degrees.
2. Different production techniques
Pickling plate is an intermediate product between hot rolled plate and cold rolled plate after removing the oxide layer by pickling unit, cutting edge and finishing. In general, cold-rolled steel plates have better strength and hot-rolled steel plates have better ductility. Hot rolled steel is rolled at high temperature, cold rolled at room temperature.
3. Different uses
