Product Description
Calcined Anthracite Coal as a kind of Carbon Additive is produced from high quality anthracite under high temperature. It's mainly used for steel smelting .After adding the Calcined Anthracite Coal , the carbon content of the steel will increase. The carbon in the agent chemically reacts with oxygen, sulfur, and phosphorus in the steel to exert the mechanical properties of the steel.
Application
1) Steel Foundry,mainly used in steelmaking in electrical stove, screening water.
2) To improve the Carbon content in steel-melting and Ductile iron foundry.
3) Reduce the cost of steelmaking effectively by replacing the traditional carburant.
4) Metallurgy,casting for glass production/graphite crucible/ anodes for the aluminium, titanium smelting industry.
