Fully Automatic C/Z Purlin Roll Former NLT350
NLT350 CZ purlin machine, the new generation of CZ machine model that pushes the boundaries of purlin production. With its impressive 23 roll forming stations, this machine is capable of producing CZ profiles with a width of up to 350mm and thickness of up to 3.5mm, making it the perfect choice for high-end customers looking for larger purlin sizes.
The NLT350 CZ purlin machine features a double row chain transmission system, ensuring high stability and accuracy during operation. Channels B and D are also connected with reinforcing plates for added support, providing superior durability and stability.
This machine is equipped with 12 sets of CZ exchange modules, allowing for easy and quick size changeover without the need for complex adjustments. Furthermore, channel B is formed with roller-assisted molding, ensuring a smooth and efficient production process.
