Disposable Hypodermic needles are normally made from SUS304 SUS316L stainless steel capillary tubes by tube drawing where steel tubes are drawn through progressively smaller dies to make needles in different sizes. The one end of each stainless steel needle is bevelled with a sharp tip, making the needle easily penetrate the skin. The tip can be one-face-bevel, two-face-bevel, three-face-bevel, and so on.
