Stainless Steel Embroidery Needle, also called Tambour Needle, is the most common needl that used in our daily life. These embroidery needle tubes are generally made of high-quality stainless steel materials, like SUS304/304L, 316/316L as these material are resistant to corrosion and durable for long-term use. When stainless steel embroidery needle tubes are used, they are usually connected with wooden handles that are easy to hold. This tambour needle tube is easy to use and it's suitable for embroidery, sewing, beading, jewerlry and many other hand-made crafts.
Production Processing:
Stainless steel embroidery needles are processed by straight stainless steel welded capillary tubes. These stainless steel capillary tubes will be cut into customized length first, and then they will be processed by burs-brushing and polishing, cleaning, bundling and drying. The dried tubes will be grinded by auto-grinder in order to form a sharp point on the one end, and there is a hole on the back of each needle tip, which is made to do crochet and embroidery work.
