They are manufactured from austenitic stainless steel grades such as SUS304, SUS304L, SUS316, and SUS316L, which offer excellent mechanical properties and biocompatibility. Stainless steel capillary tubes are essential components in industries requiring precision, reliability, and corrosion resistance. Their versatility and performance make them ideal for medical, industrial, and scientific applications. Biocompatibility and Sterilization:

-SUS304: Economical choice for standard disposable needles where extreme corrosion resistance isn't critical.
-SUS316: Justified for specialized applications (e.g., chemotherapy, prolonged IV use) due to enhanced durability, despite higher costs.
