Description:

They can be manufactured using a variety of materials, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum, depending on the specific requirements of the application.
Manufacturing ProcessEmbedded finned tube is a type of finned tube where the fins are made by embedding a strip of metal into the outer surface of the tube. The metal strip is usually made of aluminum or copper and has a series of fins attached to it. The strip is then inserted into a groove that is machined into the outer surface of the tube and the groove is then filled with a high-temperature alloy, typically an aluminum or copper alloy.
