C70600 Tube also called CuNi 90/10 Pipe, UNS C70600 Pipe, ASTM B466 C70600 Copper Nickel Pipe or Cupro Nickel 90/10 Pipe is ASME B36. 19 M, DIN 86019, EEMUA 144 and MIL-T-16420 copper nickel pipe.C70600 Pipes can stand a test of time, even in the most hostile environments like salty water.The main, wrought copper-nickel alloys chosen for sea water service contain 10 or 30 percent nickel. They also have important additions of iron and manganese which are necessary to maintain good corrosion resistance.C70600 Copper Nickel 10% Alloy is used in applications where resistance to corrosion and stress cracking is important. C70600 Copper Nickel 10% Alloy is known for its moderate strength, weldability and formability.
Fin tube is composited with iron-aluminum or copper-aluminum tube rolling out the fin, which feathers are tightness, small heat resistance, good heat transfer performance, high strength, small flow losses, strong corrosion resistant performance, not easy to deformation and a long working lifetime in cold and hot condition,etc.

As the heat transfer element finned tube works long-term in high temperature and flue gas condition, such as finned tube in the boiler heat exchanger which use conditions are as high temperature and high pressure and corrosive atmosphere, should have a high performance metrics and they are as follows:Anti-corrosion ,Anti-wear,lower contact resistance ,Higher Stability,Anti-dust stratification.
This intergral low finned tubes are widely used as heat transfer tubes because of their large external surface area and high heat transfer performance compared with a plain tube. This enhanced surface fin tubes allow our customers to either reduce the size of the heat exchanger or increase its perfornance. The low finned tubes we manufacture are designed to meet the most efficient and durable thermal performance for the most challenging situations and long lasting service life.
