What is High Frequency Welded Fin Tube?
High frequency welded fin tube is a type of fin tube, which is mainly welded by high frequency welding and is a new type of excellent heat dissipation element. The high frequency welding finned tube is welded with high frequency current, the welding method is reliable and excellent, the welding seam is small, and the surface of the radiator is more solid as well as beautiful.
High frequency welded finned tube is a heat sink element often used in finned tube radiators. Welding high-frequency welded finned tube on the base tube of the radiator improves the heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger side of the radiator and enhances the heat dissipation effect of the radiator, and the excellent heat dissipation effect makes the finned tube more and more popular.
High frequency finned tubes features
(1) High production efficiency, continuous winding production;
(2) Low cost, it depends on the characteristics of high-frequency welding itself — skin effect heating workpiece surface, to achieve the purpose of welding, welding process does not need to add any filler metal materials;
(3) Since the high-frequency current only passes on the shallow surface of the steel tube, the welding heat affected zone is small, so the additional wall thickness caused by this need not be considered in the design calculation; No heat treatment is required after the workpiece is welded.

HFW fin tube principle:
The basic principle of this kind of fin tube is to take the seamless steel tube on the outer packing band with a certain distance (strip perpendicular to the outer surface of the tube) and high-frequency current welding as the heat source.
By using the skin effect and electrical effect of high-frequency current, the local heating tube, the steel strip and the contact surface area to be welded can be plastically welded.
At the same time, the forging force of finned tube is applied to the metal oxide and the plastic form of the contact outside of the excess melt, so as to realize the combination of solid atoms between the steel tube and the finned material.
