Monel 400 is a high-performance nickel-copper alloy known for its excellent resistance to corrosion, particularly in seawater and other harsh environments. For example, Sb 163 N04400 alloy 400 tubing built to specification covers not only the outside diameter, but also its average wall thickness. In addition, Monel 400 seamless tubing includes dimensions such as outside diameter and minimum wall tubing. Monel Alloy 400 tubing is slightly magnetic at ambient temperatures and at high temperature settings, Monel Alloy 400 tubing can resist seawater and steam as it resists salt and caustic alkali solutions.
