What is SERRATED FIN TUBE?
Serrated finned-tube radiator improves the heat dissipation efficiency of the radiator by adding fins, so that the heat dissipation area of the finned-tube radiator can also be increased, and at present, the finned-tube radiator can generally be used for indoor heating with an area of up to 20,000 square meters. Steam-type finned tube radiator is a heat dissipation device using steam as the heat transfer medium, which has high heat dissipation efficiency and balanced heating temperature. Steam type finned tube radiator is usually made of welded steel tubes, which is firmly and reliably welded and has a long service life. Steam type finned tube radiator can be used in industrial, agricultural, chemical and other fields of the heating system, to provide a reasonable environment for people indoors, but also can be used in the drying system, drying materials, improve drying efficiency.
Serrated finned tube radiator is generally silver and gray in color, generous appearance, is an excellent choice for heating equipment in various fields. Steel finned tube radiator is mostly made of seamless steel pipe or carbon steel welded, the welding method is reliable, and the contact between the welded radiator and the fins is close, so the radiator has high heat dissipation efficiency and large heating area, which is generally used in workshops, factories, greenhouses, and other large-area heating systems. Steel finned tube radiator is widely used, it can be used for heating in some complicated working conditions, such as high fume, high humidity, high temperature and other environments. In order to ensure the normal and excellent operation of the steel finned tube radiator in the complex environment, its surface is usually treated with hot-dip galvanizing.
