TP316L stainless steel is a type of chromium nickel molybdenum stainless steel, which contains the following main chemical components: chromium (Cr): 16-18%, nickel (Ni): 10-14%, iron (Fe): balance, molybdenum (Mo): 2-3%, manganese (Mn): 2%, silicon (Si): 0.75%. These chemical components endow 316L stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance, especially in corrosive environments. In addition, 316L stainless steel has good machinability and weldability.
Chemical composition
The chemical composition of TP316L stainless steel seamless steel pipe is mainly composed of elements such as iron, chromium, and nickel. Among them, iron is the main constituent element of steel pipes, while chromium and nickel elements help improve the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of steel pipes. Meanwhile, TP316L stainless steel seamless steel pipe also contains a certain amount of titanium and molybdenum elements, which further enhance the corrosion resistance and high-temperature mechanical properties of the pipe.
