Stainless Steel Hypodermic Needle Tubes are normally made from a stainless-steel tube through a process known as tube drawing where the tube is drawn through progressively smaller dies to make the needle. The end is bevelled to create a sharp pointed tip letting the needle easily penetrate the skin. From straightforward cut and deburred tubes to complex medical devices or industrial parts, we have the capabilities and services to fabricate parts to your specifications. Custom fabricated machining examples of our work include cardiac surgical instruments, veterinary implants. Tube forming, tube swaging, and special finishes are easily handled by us.
Manufacturing Process of Stainless Steel Pipes/Tubes:
The process commences with the formation of welded mother tube on the tube mill from imported and tested prime quality stainless steel strips. The latest TIG multi electrode welding technique is employed for superior weld quality and 100% Fusion, with argon purging, No filler metal added.
Hypodermic tubing produced by weldding from stainless steel strip , after weldding , then arrange coil hydro forming cold drawing with inner plug, final the tube insider and outside both surface are smooth , and tolerance also excellent .
