High frequency welded fin tube, also known as high frequency welded fin tube, is a type of heat exchanger tube commonly used in various industrial applications. It is made by welding the fins to the surface of the base tube using high-frequency resistance welding.
Fin tubes are usually made of carbon steel, stainless steel, or other suitable materials. Fins are usually made of carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel or other thermally conductive materials. The fins are welded to the base tube using high-frequency current, which generates heat and melts the surfaces of the fins and base tube, forming a strong and durable bond.
Compared with other types of finned tubes, high-frequency welded finned tubes have advantages in anti-corrosion effects. For example, stainless steel fins-stainless steel base tubes can be used in the application of evaporative cooling for methanol synthesis. Better corrosion resistance than aluminum finned tubes.
However, the heat transfer efficiency of high-frequency welded fin tubes is not very high, so it is recommended that customers choose according to their needs. For places with special requirements for anti-corrosion, high-frequency welded finned tubes will be the best choice.
