 Workflow

1. Loading: A coil of sheet metal is loaded onto the uncoiler.
2. Slitting: The uncoiled sheet is fed through the slitter, which cuts it into multiple narrower strips.
3. Tensioning and Leveling: The strips pass through the tension stand and leveler to ensure they are flat and under the correct tension.
4. Looping: The strips enter the looping pit, which provides a buffer for continuous operation.
5. Feeding and Cutting: Strips are fed into the shear, where they are cut to the specified lengths.
6. Stacking: Cut sheets are stacked for further handling.
7. Recoiling (optional): Any remaining strips may be recoiled if not fully processed.
