The heavy load steel grating plate is made of thicker (6mm, 8mm, 10mm) and wider flat steel as the bearing flat steel, which is specially designed and manufactured for occasions requiring heavy load. It can be made by pressure welding or pressure locking. It is suitable for airports, highways, industrial platforms, ports and wharfs and other occasions with special needs.

Heavy load pressure welded steel grid plate is made by pressure welding process to form * * connection between twisted square steel and large-size bearing flat steel through high temperature and high pressure. In order to form better lateral (grid plate width direction) bearing capacity, it is generally recommended that both ends of grid plate should be sealed with edge wrapping plate. It can provide better lateral bearing capacity and effectively prevent the inclined instability of bearing flat steel. As a heavy load steel grid plate, it has been more applied.

The spacing of flat steel is generally 30mm, and the spacing of cross bars can be 50mm and 100mm.
