Stainless steel grating is made of large-scale program-controlled piezoresistive welding machine, which presses the twisted square steel arranged at a certain distance into the side standing flat steel, so as to obtain the steel grating with solid welding joints, plate shape and rectangular holes on the surface. It has been applied by human beings in various engineering projects and factories in the world.
Stainless steel grating is divided into plane type, tooth type and I type. Its surface can be protected differently according to different service environment.
1. 304: the corrosion resistance is general, the most commonly used and recommended.
2. 316 (316L): strong corrosion resistance and expensive price.
3. 301: the corrosion resistance is weak and the price is cheap
The manufacturing methods include machine pressure welding and manual manufacturing: the machine pressure welding uses high-voltage resistance pressure welding machine, and the manipulator automatically places the cross bar on the evenly arranged flat steel, and presses and welds the cross bar into the flat steel through strong electric welding power and hydraulic pressure, so as to obtain high-quality steel grating with strong welding joints, high stability and strength. The manually made steel grating first punches on the flat steel, and then places the cross bar into the hole for spot welding, There will be gaps between the bar and the flat steel, but each contact point can be welded to achieve the same melting connection between flat steel and twisted steel. Therefore, the welding will be more firm and the strength will be improved, but the appearance is not as good as the appearance of press welding.
