Hopper bottom of grain silo:
Conical silo (from 50t to 1250t) the hopper are made of carbon steel sheets. legs are made of H beams, it can be paint or hot-dip galvanized after processing. If for small hopper bottom silo (5t to 50t) hopper and legs are made of galvanizing steel.
The hopper angle of hopper steel silo is 45degree or 60degree.
If the grain materail is easy fulidity,we advice 45degree. if it is not easy for fuludity ,
60degree hopper is much better. And also we have silo project design based on 40degree.
Cause the hopper of the steel silo, grain can flow automaticly from silo, it's the biggest advantage of hopper bottom steel silo!
