Bolted-type silo is commonly used to store bulk cement,fly ash,mortar and powder for concrete batching/mixing plant and bricking making machine, at the same time, it is suitable for agricultural use like grain storage. 1. The interior of the mixing plant needn’t to be cleaned manually, not sticking the mixer shaft and the mixing drum cover.

4. The water scale adopts pressurized water-discharging technique. It is convenient to add or reduce water, ensuring the control of the concrete slump.

6. The hopper adopts techniques of not sticking sand and fast unloading. The loading process is fully sealed, which is environmental friendly and pollution-free.
7. The filler bin is installed with centralized controller and negative pressure pulse dust collection device, which facilitates the driver’s direct control, realizing the safety of the cement bin and environment protection and dedusting.
8. The operation of the control system is easy, stable, and reliable, having many functions such as supplement, deduction, successive production, intelligent alarm, etc.
The cement silo (cement tank) consists of: warehouse steel structure, ladder, guardrail, feeding pipe, dust collector, pressure safety valve, high and low level gauge, discharge valve and so on.
Description of dust removal system, arching device and material level device:
1. Dust removal system: The top of the cement silo is equipped with an electric dust removal device, which can effectively absorb the suspended particles in the warehouse and reduce the pollution to the surrounding environment.
2. Broken arch device: The lower cone of the cement silo is equipped with a blow-breaking arch device, which uses the small electromagnetic reversing valve located in the gas control box to control the release of compressed air to break the arch of cement and various powders, avoiding the powder stack. Accumulate, causing blockages.
3. Material level device: The cement bin material level device can sense the storage height of the material in the warehouse.
