Grade TP347 is an austenitic stainless steel that contains columbium (niobium) and tantalum, which enhance its resistance to intergranular corrosion after exposure to temperatures in the chromium carbide precipitation range of 800–1500°F (427–816°C). This alloy is particularly known for its high temperature strength and oxidation resistance.
ASME SA312 TP347 seamless steel square fin tubes are particularly effective in the chemical processing, petrochemical, power generation, aerospace, oil and gas, and food and beverage industries. Their outstanding performance in high-temperature and corrosive environments ensures long-term reliability and efficiency.
