Structure of Extruded Fin Tube
The extruded fin tube is a high-performance heat transfer element with the following structure:
• Base Tube: The base tube is typically made of A179 low-carbon steel, known for its excellent heat conductivity and mechanical properties.
• Fin Material: Usually made of aluminum or copper, which is mechanically extruded onto the surface of the base tube.
• Fin Bonding: The fins are tightly bonded to the base tube through a mechanical extrusion process, forming an integrated structure.
