Metal balls are spherical rolling elements that provide rotary or linear motion for ball valves, check valves, bearings and other mechanical equipment. Chrome (GCr15,100Cr6,SUJ2) steel balls is a kind of high carbon chromium bearing steel with low alloy content, have good superior performance and excellent wear characteristics,resistance to deformation,high load bearing capacity and high contact fatigue performance after quenching and tempering.The steel has the characteristics of moderate plasticity, low cutting performance, poor welding performance, high sensitivity to white spots and temper brittleness.
The chromium ball is made of the highest quality chromium alloy steel and is quenched to achieve maximum strength and service life. Ideal applications for chrome balls include rolling media, spray tank mixing, ball bearings, wind turbine bearings, and linear motion components. The most widely used in various industries.
