Description
We carry a wide range of precision balls in chrome steel,stainless steel and carbon steel.
Finest quality AISI 52100 chrome steel is a kind of high carbon chromium bearing steel with low alloy content,the most widely used material for the manufacture of precision steel balls.
They are solid balls without magnetic but they can be attracted by magnet.
Although these chromium steel balls have good rust resistance, but it is recommended to use a dry cloth to wipe clean after use and apply a layer of oil, so that they have better rust resistance, to extend their service life.
Because of its high hardness and fine grain structure, this material can be finished to an extremely fine quality. produced steel ball have good performance, has high and uniform hardness and high precision grade and high crushing load after quenching and tempering, most widely used in various industires. such as precision bearings, automotive components, bicycle, sliders, quick couplings etc.
