It has a pearl-like luster and a smooth working spherical surface, a compact internal structure, an ultra-high specific gravity of 6.0, strong pressure resistance and ultra-high wear resistance, and is in a grinding medium. However, this product has higher requirements for the hardness of the memory material used in the inner cylinder of the grinder.
Application:
Yttrium stabilized zirconia beads Uses: especially suitable for horizontal sand mills, high-speed stirring mills, vibration mills, ultra-fine mills and various high-speed pin sand mills, etc.; for various requirements to refuse cross-contamination slurry It can be used for wet and dry ultra-fine dispersion and grinding with powder. 3. Impact resistance and low abrasion: YZB zirconia ceramic beads have good toughness, and will not crack or peel in high-speed, high-concentration machines. The wear resistance is 50 times that of glass beads and about 5 times that of zirconium silicate beads.
