Introduction:

Components:
The main components include: Universal suction arm, high temperature suction hose, suction cover (with air volume control valve), fire retardant net, flame retardant high efficiency filter element, pulse blowback device, pulse solenoid valve, pressure differential meter, clean room, activated carbon filter, ash drawer combination, flame retardant sound absorption cotton, new Korean casters with brakes, fans, ABB motor and electric control box.
Working principle:
Through the gravitational action of the fan, the welding smoke and waste gas are sucked into the air inlet of the equipment through the universal dust suction cover, and the equipment is provided with a flame arrester at the air inlet. The spark is blocked by the flame arrester, and the smoke and dust gas enters the settling chamber. By using gravity and updraft, the coarse dust is first lowered directly to the ash hopper, and the fine dust is captured on the outer surface by the filter element. After the clean gas is filtered and purified by the filter element, the clean air flows into the clean room from the center of the filter element.
