Product Information
Steel grid plate is a kind of steel product which is made of flat steel and cross arranged with cross bars according to a certain spacing, and welded into a square grid in the middle. It is mainly used for making cover plate of ditch, platform plate of steel structure, step plate of steel ladder, etc. the cross bars are generally made of twisted square steel.
Technology
1. Pressure welded steel grating plate is a product required by customers, which is made of load flat steel and cross bar arranged by Wei according to a certain distance, welded into original plate by 200 tons hydraulic resistance welding automation equipment, and processed by cutting, opening, wrapping and other processes.
2. Loaded flat steel spacing: the center distance between two adjacent loaded flat steel, commonly 30mm, 40mm.
3. Cross bar spacing: the center spacing of two adjacent cross bars is usually 50 mm, 100, two kinds, which can be produced according to customer requirements.
4. Various types of steel grating can be customized according to customers' requirements.

Packaging
