Basis Information
The filter screen is made of stainless steel mesh, black silk cloth and other rare metal products by punching through a special mold. Generally used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical and chemical plants.
Characteristics
1. Acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance and wear resistance;
2. Good filtration performance and uniform surface filtration performance for 2-200um particle size;
3. Good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, pressure resistance and wear resistance;
4. The pore is uniform and the filtration precision is accurate;
5. The discharge per unit area is large;
6. Suitable for low temperature and high temperature environment;
7. Standard size, high filtration precision, easy to use.
8. After cleaning, it can be reused without replacement.
Technology
Double layer or three-layer spot welding, generally 4-10 solder joints, can also be made according to customer requirements single-layer and double-layer edge.
Application
It is used for screening and filtration in acid and alkali environment, as mud screen in petroleum industry, as screen screen in chemical fiber industry, as pickling screen in electroplating industry, as well as distillation, absorption, evaporation and filtration in petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, medicine, metallurgy, machinery, shipping, automobile and tractor industry, so as to eliminate droplets and liquid foam entrained in steam or gas, There are also cars and tractors used as air filters. Stainless steel filter screen is mainly used in rubber, plastic industry, grain and oil screening, etc.
