Brief Introduction
Hexagonal Wire Mesh is also known as twist net, also known as soft side net. It is a wire mesh made of hexagonal mesh woven by metal wire. The diameter of the wire used is different according to the size of the hexagon.

Product classification / Main product
1. Heavy twist net, also known as large size twist net, or gabion net, is made of high-quality steel wire by twist net machine. This product is widely used. It can be used for slope support, foundation pit support, shotcreting on rock surface of mountain, planting (greening) on slope, isolation and protection of railway and expressway. It can also be made into gabion and stone mat, which can be used for anti scouring protection of rivers, dams and seawalls, and riprap cage for reservoir and river closure.
(1) Galvanized large wire hexagonal mesh is woven with high-quality low-carbon steel wire. The tensile strength of the steel wire is not less than 35kg / m2, and the diameter of the steel wire can reach 2.0 mm-4.0 mm. The surface of the steel wire is usually protected by hot galvanizing. The thickness of the galvanized protective layer can be made according to the requirements of customers, and the general galvanizing amount can reach 200g / m2.
(2) Galvanized wire covered with plastic hexagonal mesh is a kind of hexagonal mesh with various specifications, which is wrapped with a layer of PVC protective layer on the surface of galvanized wire. This layer of PVC protective layer will greatly increase the service life of the net, and through the selection of different colors, it can be integrated with the surrounding natural environment.
Functions: control and guide rivers and floods, bridge protection, flood discharge dam and diversion dam, rock avalanche protection, prevention of water and soil erosion, retaining wall, road protection, soil consolidation structure, coastal defense engineering, port engineering.
The steps of construction combination and rock filling can be summarized as follows: before placing, the unit structure shall be combined, the structure of pad combination shall be placed at the construction site, and the cell structures shall be connected with binding wire. The rock filling material shall be placed on the structure, and the structure shall be covered and tied with binding wire.
2. Heavy hexagonal net, also known as hanging net, stone net, mountain protection net, etc.
Heavy hexagonal net has a wide range of uses: it can be used for slope support, shotcreting on rock surface of mountain, slope planting and greening, isolation fence of railway and expressway. It can also be made into gabion (cage) and stone mat (cage), which can be used for preventing erosion of rivers, dams and seawalls, and riprap cage for reservoir and river closure.
The design not only considers the ease of installation, but also considers that the installation can be realized in such harsh terrain conditions as cliff, that is, the quickest and easiest construction and installation can be realized with the least amount of anchorage and excavation. Based on the characteristics of the twisted pair structure of the protective net, it can withstand the impact of rockfall even when the steel wire is damaged.
3. Gabion net
It is made of low carbon steel wire with high corrosion resistance, high strength and ductility or steel wire coated with PVC by mechanical braiding. The box structure made of the mesh is gabion cage. According to ASTM and EN standards, the diameter of low carbon steel wire used varies according to the engineering design requirements. Generally between 2.0-4.0 mm, the tensile strength of gabion wire is not less than 38 kg / m2, the weight of metal coating is generally higher than 245 g / m2, and the diameter of edge line of gabion wire is generally larger than that of mesh wire. The length of the double stranded part shall not be less than 50 mm to ensure that the metal coating and PVC coating of the stranded part will not be damaged.
