ASTM Forged Butt Welding Elbow

Elbow is a kind of pipe fitting used in pipe bends. Among all the pipe fittings used in the pipeline system, the proportion is the largest, about 80%. Usually, different forming processes are selected for elbows of different materials or wall thicknesses. Commonly used seamless elbow forming processes in manufacturers include hot pushing, stamping, extrusion, etc.

A 90 degree elbow is a pipe fitting which you can used to change the flow direction in a 90 degree.It is also called“90 bend”or “quarter bend”. As a joint between two pipes,the 90 degree elbows are also used as a railing ends or corners on a level installation.

For the butt welding steel elbow,it is made from a piece of seamless pipe commonly.Bending the two ends of pipe to a angle of 90 degree,it is a 90 degree seamless elbow.There also some 90 degree elbows are made from the ERW pipes or the steel plates,then they are welded elbow.The 90 degree elbows are manufactured as SR (Short Radius) elbows and LR (Long Radius) elbows or other radius elbows.

A: By T/T 30% in advance ,and 70% before delivery.
B:100% L/C at sight.
C:By T/T 30% in advance,and 70% L/C at sight.

4.Do you provide samples ? Is it free?
Yes, we offer the sample for free but do not pay for the cost of freight.

5.What if the customer is not satisfied?
