Main Features of MG model gantry Crane:
1. Crane wheel, wheel axle through high frequency quenching and quenching and tempering treatment, effectively eliminate internal stress, ensure the machining accuracy.
2. Main girder plates main using ray inspection and ultrasonic testing to welding connection seam and corner seam in order to ensure weld quality.
3. In the main girder field, first to adopt intelligent and efficient welding robots, seam welding of the main beam adopt advanced MAG, adopt Ar+Co2 Mix protective gas, outside of the four main girder adopted submerged arc weld angle welder.
4. Adopted rolled steel drum or seamless steel tubes, Henan Mine Crane Co.,LTD has an industry-leading rolled steel drum production and processing production line, from pre-bending presses 1250t, to three roll bending machine convolutions, to the cylinder longitudinal seam and girth automatic welding center welding and heavy CNC horizontal lathe machining cylinder.
