8T Lifting 9M Single Speed CD Electric Wire Rope Hoist Crane Using is small-sized lifting equipment, which can be mounted on single beam, bridge, gantry and arm cranes. With slight modification, Wire Rope Crane Hoist can also be used as a winch. The lifting motor, reel device and reducer are arranged in series, with a circular or square appearance, and have vertical lifting and running functions. The lifting speed is divided into single speed or double speed. The two-speed type is based on the single-speed type, adding a set of slow-speed driving device composed of a slow-speed motor and a reducer, and its ratio to the fast speed is 10:1. When the fast motor works, the slow drive device does not move, and the electric hoist rises and falls quickly. When the slow-speed motor works, the slow-speed drive device drives the main hoisting motor's conical rotor to rotate, and the electric hoist rises and lowers slowly.

Wire Rope Crane Hoist are specially designed for higher lifts, faster hoisting & cross travel speeds & moveable on curved tracks can be manufactured accord demand.
Motor: We provide squirrel-cage induction motors with Vz hour rating for lifting and lifting, and are confirmed to have IS 325 with higher H.P. And higher starting torque to reduce processing time. The flange installation of CD hoist is suitable for our design and has B or F insulation.
Wire rope drum: The wire rope drum is precisely machined and slotted to ensure that the wire rope is correctly placed in the appropriate layer. The drum is equipped with two heavy-duty ball/roller bearings for smooth operation and longer life.
Reducer: It adopts a three-stage fixed-axis helical gear transmission mechanism. The gears and gear shafts are made of heat-treated alloy steel. The box body and box cover are made of high-quality cast iron, with tight assembly and good sealing.
Control box: It is a device that can cut off the main circuit in an emergency and has a fire limiter for upper and lower travel protection.
Wire rope: It is a heavy-duty wire rope, which guarantees durability. Cone motor: The lifting motor adopts a larger power torque conical rotor to brake the asynchronous motor, no need to add a brake.
