Main Features:

2. Electric winch Gear transmission is the most widely used transmission form in modern machinery. Its main advantages are: ① Constant instantaneous transmission ratio, stable operation, accurate and reliable transmission, and can transmit motion and power between any two axes in space; ② Wide range of applicable power and speed; ③ High transmission efficiency, η=0.92- 0.98; ④ Reliable work and long service life; ⑤ Small size and compact structure.
3. The gear reducer composed of gears, shafts, bearings and boxes is used between the prime mover and the working machine or the actuator to match the speed and transmit torque. Gear reducers are characterized by high efficiency, long life and easy maintenance, so they are widely used. Gear reducers can be divided into single-stage, two-stage, three-stage and multi-stage reducers according to the number of stages of reduction gears; according to the mutual configuration of shafts in space, they can be divided into vertical and horizontal reducers; The characteristics of the motion diagram can be divided into expansion type, coaxial type and split flow reducer.
4. The maximum transmission ratio of the single-stage cylindrical gear reducer is generally 8 to 10. This limitation is mainly to avoid excessively large outline size. If i>10 is required, a secondary cylindrical gear reducer should be used. The two-stage cylindrical gear reducer is used in the case of i: 8~50 and the sum of the center distances of the high and low speed stages is 250~400mmmm.
