product description of QL model 10+10ton double beam eot crane with magnet system:
QL Double Girder Overhead Crane With Rotating Hanging Beam has rotating hanging beam, suitable for steel, storage yard, warehouse, outdoor fixed span, loading and unloading steel plate, shaped steel, coil and other materials. It is especially suitable for lifting different specifications and requiring horizontal rotation. The hanging beam adopts cross structure which is reliable, safe and has a certain anti swing function. The electromagnetic sucker, clamp and other special sling can be carried under hanging beam.
Main Features of QL model overhead crane:
1. Lightly and ingeniously structured

5. For higher application requirements, extractable and 360 degree electromagnetic beam suspending system can be provided.
6. The lower rotating electromagnetic hanging beam crane is a kind of crane with rotating electromagnetic hanging beam as a hanger. Through the electromagnet fixed on the hanging beam, the crane is used to absorb and carry heavy objects.
Safety system of QL model double beam overhead crane:
1). All the cranes are equipped with overload protection device, top quality long time bearing polyurethane materials buffer, Crane traveling limit switch, voltage lower protection function, emergency stop system and so on.
2). All operations are controlled by central control system with excellent after sales service.
3). The whole machines would be guaranteed for one year from the test run date.
4). Low charge for continue maintenance when warranty is expired.
