360 rotation High performance electric jib crane provided by Henan Mine Crane
The working class of jib crane is light,and it has four main parts:column leg , lifting hoist , slewing arm and the buttom base.
The lower end of the column is fixed on the concrete foundation by anchor bolts, and the cantilever is driven by the cycloidal pinwheel reduction device to rotate. The jib of the crane is a hollow steel structure, which is light in weight, large in span, large in lifting capacity, economical and durable. The built-in running mechanism adopts special engineering plastic running wheels with rolling bearings, which has low friction force and travels briskly; the structure size is small, which is especially beneficial to improve the hook stroke.
Product configuration:
The jib crane is a new generation of light lifting equipment made to adapt to modern production. It is equipped with a highly reliable electric chain hoist, especially suitable for short distances, frequent use, and intensive lifting operations. Small area, easy to operate and maintain.
The mobile cantilever crane is more flexible and adaptable, and it is a separate emergency hoisting equipment necessary for efficient automatic production lines. With it, it can ensure that the production line is unobstructed.

1. Area of rotation: Freestanding and column-type jib cranes offer 360-degree rotation as standards;
A.360°C ; B.270°C ; C.180°C ; D.depend on your customized needs
2. Height Under Arm: The distance from floor to underside of jib crane’s arm is the height under boom. Also factor in hoist size and lifting height needed.
Here need your some specific parameters:
Lifting weight: Tons;
Lifting height: meters;
Lifting speed:single or double or VVVF ? (if you choose an electric hoist , not a manual pulling one , you need to have a speed choice according to your needs.)
3. Overall jib crane height: Factor in any attachments, such as electrical entry, so that the crane will be free from overhead obstructions.
4. Actual working span needed: The working (or hook) distance is roughly the length of the boom minus ½ trolley length at each end.
