Brief

Medpharm V series sterilizers are designed for sterilization of materials used in healthcare facilities, veterinay laboratory and veterinay pharmaceutical factory. It uses steam as sterilization medium and is designed for fast, efficient sterilization of heat and moisture stable materials and immediate use. It is equipped with pre-vacuum, gravity, leak test and daily air removal test cycle.

Features

The chamber is rectangular chambers eliminate the wasted space and vertical door occupies

less floor space and provides greater capacity. The door is fully automatic in operation and is

raised and lowered by motor. Door operation is controlled via pushing buttons on the control

panel then the door is sealed automatically.

Door safety

Electric door switch ensures the door is fully closed and locked prior to the cycle start. Cycles

can't start until the door(s) are fully closed and locked. The door can’t be open during cycles or

pressure in the chamber exceeds 0.15 bar.

The electro-mechanical lock on each door minimizes the chance of cross-contamination

between contained and uncontained areas by preventing both doors from being operated

simultaneously.

The gasket is strong pressed against the rear face of the door by compressed air at the beginning and at the end of the process, the gasket is retraced by vacuum and the door on the unloading side is opened by motor with gear.

Chamber and Jacket

• Chamber vessel is made according to GB150-2011 and GB8599-2008.
• Chamber and jacket are made from solid stainless steel. Internal surfaces are treated with glass blasting to facilitate cleaning.
• Chamber is completely insulated with 30-80mm mineral wool and mounted on stainless steel framework with adjustable feet.
• The vessel provided validation connections for temperature test sensors on the left sides.

• Print information: Operator identification code, cycle type, cycle stage, time, chamber and jacket pressure and/or temperature,alarms or messages and cycle completion status.
