Automatic Temperature Control
Fluorescent ultraviolet aging test chamber adopts fluorescent ultraviolet as light source to simulate ultraviolet radiation and condensation, accelerating weathering test of the material and get the result of weatherability. It could simulate the ultraviolet, rain, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, dark and such environment conditions. By simulating these conditions to merge them into a circulation and let it complete the specified times of cycle automatically.

Touch screen controller
●9.7 inch touch screen, which is easy to understand and operation.
●Irradiance, temperature, rain cycle, etc can be visually setting and displaying.
●Touch screen can display all parameters and diagnose the fault information automatically.
●Industry standard build-in the controller and provides referring and setting. ( could set 10 periods)
●With data handling function, it assures the experiment goes well.
Light source
●With 8 pieces of 40W ultraviolet lamp and more stable. The spectrum’s power distribution wouldn’t attenuation. The life of the lamp is up to 5000 hours.
●A variety of ultraviolet lamp (UVA-340nm,UVA-351nm,UVB-313nm light source) can be chosen Irradiance automatic monitoring and control system
●With irradiance monitoring and control function to reduce the error as the lamp aging.
●The chamber is equipped with four irradiance sensors which with automatic calibration function to assure the reproducibility, uniformity of ultraviolet light.
●With self-developed irradiance calibrator provides simple and fast calibration.
Simulate raining function ( spraying function)
●It could observe the condition of spraying in the open state, the spray-head can be adjusted or replaced.
●It is equipped with water pan to collect water during drainage.
It effectively accelerates simulating the aging effect of raining and temperature impacting to the sample surface.
