1. Product description
The sliding door on shower cabin have to work with silding rollers to be effective. The silding pulley rollers is one of the important accrssories of sliding shower cabin, it's performance is critical to improve the sliding function. So it's material, size, design are the factors which customer really need to consider.
This is single sliding roller. It's materail is ABS and brass. Accoding to its brass axis inside, it's load-bearing capacity is better than common ones. And according to its nylon roller design, it make low noise than metal when sliding the glass door. The quality can be guaranteed, before the delivery, all rollers have been tested with more than 72 hours salt spraying and 100000 times Rolling test. So it is big bearing, noise free, anti-erosion, and eco-friendly.
There are four options of the diameter of sliding wheels, 19mm, 23mm, 25mm, and 27mm. The hole diameter is 10-12mm. Different diameters meets much more requirements. This item is suitable for 4-6mm thickness glass door. There are 8pcs per set, applied for two panel side-opening door, 4pcs up and 4pcs down. But 4pcs per set also can be sold, suit for single sliding shower door.
According to the numbers of sliding door rollers, there are not only single sliding door rollers, but also double sliding door rollers.
According to the materials of sliding door rollers, there are nylon, ABS, POM, brass and so on.
